Cancellation Policies:
All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to the Technical Secretariat via email: dfts@bocemtium.com

For cancellations received before September 23, 2025, a penalty of €25 will be applied.

For cancellations received up to October 7, 2025, a penalty of 50% of the total paid will be applied.

For cancellations received after October 7, 2025, cancellations will not be accepted and no refund of the registration fee will be made.
A name change can be processed by paying €25 + VAT as an administration fee.
The registrant will not be entitled to claim any compensation from the Organization if the Congress has to be canceled or postponed due to unexpected causes or force majeure. Likewise, no compensation will be claimed if the program undergoes any changes due to the absence of one of the invited speakers.
